As prophesized, the apocalypse came, at the peak of civilization, raining fire upon the earth, destroying all manner of life. Though a few survived the massive tragedy, it was not without loss. The earth echoed with the cries of those consumed in the fires, annihilated from all existence. But there was a thin flicker hope in this sea of darkness. Life began anew; creatures only in your imagination began to form and flourished in this newly created world. On this pure untainted earth, evil began to cultivate. There were those among the creatures, who wished for redemption, to take back what was so wrongly snatched away. For their revenge they needed a face to this dark monster, and they soon found it in the humans, blaming their ignorance for the destruction of earth, and so the war began.

The world has rebuilt itself, though not as it was before. Things are much more primitive, not complex. The secrets of technology are hidden, locked away in the palace of the pure lord and lady. Thorgrim is constantly trying to retrieve these documents, so they may once again return the world to its original form. But Hjalti will not allow such secrets to be revealed. So in the fight to create the perfect civilization, they are also fighting the very fabric of society today. Those who wish to keep things, as they are in present, and those who want to return to the old ways of life.

During the "rebuilding" period, the time the earth healed the wounds of the "Great Fire", creatures only in your imagination took root and grew. Horrific beasts and majestic creatures now roam the world. There are four continents, Hjalti, land of the sea, home to the Light legion; it is a network of islands, lagoons and beaches. Syrkar, lands of the desert, here only the strongest survive this vast never-ending desert. Ilya, lands of the ice, this barren snowy plain is home to the some of the purest creature. Thorgrim, lands of the dark legion, here all who follow the path of malevolence reside, and the last is Magnild, lands of the forest, here some of the greatest secrets of redemption are kept. Together they make up the great Redemption, a world filled with mystery, betrayal, and suspicions, will you be able to survive, or perish along with the many before you?

His pillars set 'pon the turf, aqua stained wings folding to his white sides. How he hated being white. It was so unnecessary for the lord of the dark legion. The dark legion should have a black lord, but, then again, that was prejudice. Snorting softly into the night air, he began towards the forest beyond the clearing in which he landed. His black star glimmered maliciously in the moonlit night, his eyes almost the same. You would have thought he had three eyes, had you not known better. His banner swayed as the night wind swept through him like a ghost from the reaches of hell itself. A darkness suddenly settled over him, and rain poured down, matting his already dirt ridden coat. This was from all the times he had tried to at least be a darker color. A blinding light flashed before him as lightning bolts struck the ground, charring the soft earth.

A scream of dominance lifted from the bottom of his throat, his dial being thrown up into the air. Lashing at the thunder filled night with fore daggers, wings spread and he was off like a bullet. In devilish harmony, he raked the sky, where no other Pegasus would dare fly. One would think he was insane had they not known that he was controlling the storm. The screams of villagers filled the air as he came in for the kill. The dark legion would have it's way, no matter what it took. Striking down each and every house, he left them with nothing, neither hope nor prayer, of a future. This was the work of something eviler then evil.

I was the work of Comanche, lord of Thorgrim, lord of the dark legion.
